If it were safe, I’d tell you about the international travel, of the places I’ve visited. Hong Kong, Paris, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Channel Islands, London, Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Wales, Toronto, New York, Jackson Hole, Los Angeles, and New Zealand. I’d tell you of the most beautiful hotels and apartments to rest my head, fine dining enjoyed, the museums and all their treasures visited, and of wide open spaces with nature’s beauty on show.
I’d tell you about the most loving family, friends and beautiful connections. Beautiful times shared together. Times filled with absolute love, fun and pure joy.
I’d tell you about home, the beautiful spaces created to live, love and share together.
I’d tell you about creating and building amazing businesses. Following passions to create, build and expand, sharing and helping along the way.
If it were safe, I’d tell you about the silence, sadness, pain, loss, grief, despair, anxiety, depression, mental health, addiction, financial loss, homelessness, breakdown, suicide, or maybe I’d want to spare you of this pain. You may have your own pain and are finding your own way through.
I’d tell you about the tiny steps each day, to learn to live alone for the first time in my life, to get up and go for a walk, to nourish with healing foods, to move my body, to care for my wounds, to share in the most safest spaces, to find the most wonderful healers and teachers, to be amazed at the most special people who touch my life and journey, and continue to show up.
I’d tell you about the new decisions and choices, each day to practice, kindness to myself first and then to others.
I’d tell you how all these things tended to my own healing.
I’d tell you there is a way through, especially when you don’t think there is or perhaps you can’t just quite see it now. Each of these tiny steps, which sometimes might feel like huge steps, will help; it will all help to carry you through.
I’d tell you about the amazing people who will stand by your side, and of the amazing experiences and synchronicity that will flow to you. You’ll find a new stronger softer version of you. More knowing, more wisdom, more gifts. I’d ask you to please share all of the things you have learned, as we all walk this journey of being human together.
